Intellectual Property

All live sessions, recordings, AI-assisted transcripts, summaries, notes, practices, written materials, audio files, PDFs, and any downloadable content are the sole intellectual property of EverRise Collective LLC and are provided for your personal use only.

You agree to:

  • Not share live sessions with anyone who is not registered.
  • Not share or distribute recordings.
  • Not forward, copy, or reproduce any course materials.
  • Not share AI-generated transcripts, summaries, or notes.
  • Not use EverRise materials to teach your own programs without written permission.

These boundaries maintain the integrity of the teachings and the sacred nature of our container.

AI-Assisted Content & Recording Notice

EverRise may use AI tools (such as Zoom’s AI Companion) to generate transcripts, summaries, and notes to support participants.

You understand and agree that:

  • These AI-generated materials are confidential and may include participant shares.
  • All AI-created content is the intellectual property of EverRise Collective LLC.
  • You may not share, distribute, or reproduce AI-generated content.
  • Live sessions may be recorded for registered participants only.
  • You consent to this unless you keep your camera/mic off or notify the facilitator.

Confidentiality & Community Care

This is a space rooted in presence, kindness, and mutual respect.

You agree to:

  • Keep participant stories private and confidential.
  • Not record, screenshot, or privately save others’ contributions.
  • Participate with compassion, respect, and non-judgment.

Personal Responsibility

You honor your well-being and your boundaries as you engage.

You understand that:

  • All practices are optional and self-paced.
  • You are responsible for your personal and emotional care.
  • This offering is educational and spiritual—not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Refund Policy

Due to the intimate group size, limited enrollment, and the nature of these offerings, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Communication & Contact Information

By registering, you consent to receive emails related to this program and relevant EverRise offerings.

You agree not to:

  • Use participant emails/contact information for personal outreach or promotion.
  • Add participants to mailing lists without explicit consent
