Join us for a 6-week online book study exploring Joe Dispenza’s Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.

This experiential journey invites you to explore how thoughts, emotions, and habits shape the lives we experience and how it is possible to consciously cultivate new patterns.

Each 90-minute session includes discussion, guided meditation, and practical reflection designed to support personal transformation.

Together we will create a supportive space for awareness, insight, and growth.
